Kneipp therapy
Hydrotherapy: Hydrotherapy goes under your skin in the literal sense. Your skin reacts to stimuli and substances which are transferred to the nerves and the internal organs. The alternating termperatures of the Kneipp affusions, wraps and baths strengthen your organism, stimulate your body functions and, in doing so, improve your health in general.
Phytotherapy: Phytotherapy is the use of medicinal plants, which are also used in Kneipp wraps, baths, oils, inhalations and ointments. They work well on the skin, the respiratory system and the mucous membranes.
Nutrition therapy: A healthy diet prevents diseases, but it can also contribute to a patientīs recovery. Kneipp recommended a balanced diet consisting mainly of vegetables and fruits.
Kinesitherapy: According to a patientīs condition daily active exercise such as walking, swimming, biking or passive exercise (physiotherapy) are essential for a patientīs well-being or recovery as physical activities strengthen the heart and circulation, and have a relaxing effect.
Meditative therapy: Find inner peace and calm and adjust your lifestyle to your inner rhythm (biorhythm).
